Montreal, present time. Sasha and her husband Carmine seem to be a model and successful couple, but the latter multiplies his infidelities. On the other hand, Justine and Seb live a precarious existence on the street and the announcement of the girl’s pregnancy does not delight her partner so much that he forces her to undergo an abortion. Meanwhile, Decker, a visiting Albertan, searches for his daughter’s killer to avenge her death, despite the warnings of an investigator. When Justine makes the decision to keep her child despite Seb’s violent objections, a series of tragic incidents will bring these men and women of different origins, social conditions and generations closer together.
