1943. The Nazis occupy Belgium and have turned the national daily Le Soir into their propaganda tool. With Armistice Day commemorations forbidden, a group of Resistance fighters comes up with a wild idea: what if, to lift the spirits of the Belgian people, they could print a fake edition of Le Soir? Same paper, same nameplate, same format, but packed with articles mocking the occupier. This is the wild adventure — and the true story — of a fake issue of a real newspaper, widely considered history’s first media hack.

- “An earnest, slow-paced period piece… will appeal to audiences hungry for low-impact prestige period fare with a reassuring message.” — Variety
